1. My Account

Why do I have to register with

You need to register at so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. Registering with us will help you save time for your future orders as you would not need to provide your complete data all over again. In case you do not wish you register , you always have a guest checkout option.

Do I need to give my personal information such as mobile number and email id for registration?

Yes we will ask you for such details so that we can have create a seamless shopping experience with you and keep you upto date with your order related information.  

If I need to update my account information, what steps do I follow?

Login in to your account on, click on “My Account” and you can update any information under your profile.

I don't remember my account password. What should I do?

In such case please click on “Forgot Password” and a reset password mail would be sent to your registered email address which will help you to update your password.


2. Order

Once I have placed the order , where will I have all its related information?

Once an order is placed , you can have all its information in “My account” section. You need be to logged in to check such updates.

I order a product by mistake. Can I cancel the order?

Yes. You can cancel the order but we request you to do so as soon as you place the order , because if the order gets shipped , you will not have an option to cancel it.

How can I track my order?

You receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched and if you wish to track the order after dispatch, you will have to proceed as per the following steps.

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at
  • Open your particular order details page and click on track. 

You will get detailed real time tracking of your order.


3. Returns

Can I return the product/s? has a simple 7 days Return Policy that means you can return an item online at within 7 days from its date of delivery. 

How do I return the product/s?

You can return a product online by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at
  • In the orders list ,select the product that you want to return
  • Fill the required information and place a return request. You can also chat with the seller regarding your issue with the product.

Where can I see my chats with the sellers?

You can see all your chats with sellers in “My Account” , under the section “Returns”.

What if I still want to return the product even after chatting with the seller?

If your return request is under the given time period , you are entitled to get the return irrespective of your corespondence with the seller.

What if the seller does not agree to provide the return for the product?

In such a case , please contact our Support team on email at or you can also contact us at +91-8591901902 and we will definitely solve your issue. ( Please note that the helpline number will be available only from Monday – Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm )

I need to return more than one product, so can I hand over all the products to the reverse pick-up person in one go?

At present for every product’s reverse pick up is done separately in case they are from different sellers. If all your products are from a single seller you can return those to the same personn in one go otherwise we request you to only hand over the product for which the return was initiated.

When do I get my money back after I have requested for a return?

Your account will be credited with the order amount of the returned product after the seller receives the product back from you. This amount will be in the form of online credits which you can use for your future purchases.

Can I transfer this money back to my account?

Sorry. At the moment we do not provide the facility of transferring your money back to your bank account.


4. Payments

What payment modes do you offer? offers you multiple payment methods. You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery and your Credits to make your purchase. You can also make payments by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards. All transactions made on our site are 100% secured.

When can I expect the refund for my returned item?

It will take around 4-7 days for us to initiate your returns in form of credits.


5. Shipping

Are there are shipping charges involved?

Yes. We have built a unique shipping software which charges our customers based on the distance between sellier’s location and the customers shipping location. There are no fixed charges. You will be charged a different but a nominal amount on every transaction.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) facility available on

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on majority of the products on A nominal fee of Rs.40 is charged as additional fee is you opt for Cash on Delivery.
